Moving

I haven't moved much this year, as been busy.

I've had a handful of runs, 2 in 3 days this week, and a weeks skiing, but didn't do my 5k a day in Jan, and have had a few niggles.

But mainly I have let work bleed into every spare hour.

Having listened to Ben Fogle on Friday, I found my thin place today, a slow plod, 6Music Radcliffe and Maconie in my ears, and peace ensued.

Not before too long I found myself joined by 3 deer, whose white bottoms gave the game away.

As quiet as you like and quickly disappearing into the surroundings. Made my morning.
