Beyond the surf

We were out early to secure a parking place at Sandsend. We arrived just before high tide so this.allowed a quick visit onto the shrinking beach for some photos. 

We called in for a coffee at the coastal cafe which allowed us to watch the RNLI inshore rescue patrolling the bay. 

Called in to pick up some groceries and we’re home by lunchtime. 

Managed to get another coat of paint completed in the under stairs cupboard. Pruned the dead flowers from the Hydrangea before the rugby. So a productive day so far.
