Old coffeehouse

This building is positioned about halfway between my home and work, and had a coffe/bakery in the first floor. It was always cosy passing by, smelling fresh bread on my way to work.
But it got closed some time ago 
Now they are remodeling it and I read in the paper it probably will be a coffeehouse again with an B&B on the second floor
