Stoned!

Nice to see Cath back at the gym this morning. She has had a few appointments at the eye clinic, so couldn't do much in the gym, but our jaws are very fit. Anne, Cath & myself went for coffee, and I walked home afterwards. I have taking a photo of this before (see extra photo) A shame we lost the game yesterday,  but at least we tried, ( not hard enough)
