Hat

Our visitors wanted to know why this boat on Brisbane Water was sporting a large green hat. We had no idea. Early preparation for St Patrick's day, perhaps?

Prof Google tells us that ‘Top Hat’ is a range of small cruising yachts. This certainly isn’t one of those but maybe it’s connected in some way? We aren’t boat people and it’s a mystery to us.
