Still being a tour guide
This morning we visited the Arts centre in the city and explored parts of buildings we have not seen since our earthquakes. Next stop was Mona Vale homestead where we wandered around the vast gardens and enjoyed a well deserved cuppa. After driving past the Margaret Mahy playground and few other points of interest we traveled up the Port hills to the Sign of the kiwi for an ice cream. I left Wayne and Jayne to walk down the hill while I drove home to prepare our roast lamb dinner. A friend joined us and brought a delicious pavlova for dessert.
Another long tiring day with plenty of walking.
