Just Starting to Pop Up

It was a pleasure Autumn day. We had some sunshine and it was windy at times. 

I didn't make it over to Akaroa. My son was late in leaving and I wasn't feeling very well today. My sinuses have been really bad with lots of earache and sore throat. 

I took this photo this evening as I only noticed the Autumn crocus had come out. Hopefully I will get a photo of them when they are opened up. You can see how dry the ground is.
