THE WATCHERS

People on the beach under the stony gaze of some rocks people have put together. I finally felt well enough to get out, though it took until lunch time to get to that point. It was just as well as we needed some supplies but not enough to make a supermarket delivery order worthwhile. There were plenty of people out and about who'd read the headline about the UK being hotter than Ibiza and dressed accordingly, but not in Hartlepool it wasn't! Most people on the beach were sensibly wrapped up, and so was I.

I've posted a few backblips. I couldn't face the screen, or sitting up too long over the last few days although now I've got backache from lying down too much! Grrr. I'll get to grips with some exercise tomorrow.  What a horrible bug this has been.
