Beautiful day

First, many thanks for the stars, hearts and kind comments on yesterday's blip - even if I initially had 15 rather than 14 years recorded.
Today was another lovely day, though there was rain overnight and it started out misty.
I didn't do parkrun but instead went further afield and round various woods a trails, meeting a friend I hadn't seen for ages as I was setting off on the last section and stopping for a brief chat. I'd dressed for what the weatherman said but he was wrong and I had to remove a layer after a few miles. As it was the underneath layer that had to come off I had to wait until I was in an unfrequented spot!
It was still lovely after lunch so we went to one of the country parks for a short walk. The sun was lighting up the trees beautifully.
It was fairly early when we got back so I got out the needlefelting equipment and made a small picture.
This evening some photo sorting and TV watching.
