I jumped on Silja's call at 2 pm and had time for a quick coffee with Neil before Sarah's call at 4 pm.

I was working too long, had food too late and was in bed too late.

Neil was out board gaming.

No coffee blip - instead a shameful hip shot from when we left the cafe .....
