Clearing (Day 3589)
My sciatica has been kind to me this last week, but as I took Sigyn for her morning wander today, it returned to remind me how unbearably painful it can be. I carried on despite the (quite literally) breathtaking pain in the hope it would ease off. By the time I was back home it had eased a bit.
I spent the rest of the morning catching up on some paperwork.
Around midday, as my beautiful wife headed to the horses, I took Sigyn out again, this time in fog. It was still painful, but a little easier than this morning. As Sigyn and I limped towards home, the haar cleared a little and the sun broke through for a few minutes.
The rest of the day has been spent watching two very good games of rugby.
