'Three Minutes Before the Start'

parkrunday came around again today, and what a beautiful one it was! 

Soft mist lifting over the Forth and gentle sunlight greeted us at Cramond this morning, with a light breeze - but, this time, on our backs on the return leg  - too!

This was the scene as I looked up after checking my shoelaces three minutes before we set off - over 700 of us this time, Scotland were playing Wales at Murrayfield this evening!
