A morning on the sofa then a walk along to the hospice cafe with mum for tea and cake. 
There was a note on the wall saying the cafe raised  over £15,000 last year for the hospice. Exceptional given the tea and coffee are free. They do have a lovely gift corner too, which will have been included. 
Makes you want to continue to  support it. 
Walked home past Lomond Park.
