Lichen

Lichen grows well when there is little pollution in the air yet this (and much more) was growing at the side of the road leading into the village. I thought it looked more like thread draped over the branch.

A walk first then a lovely potter in the garden, in the sunshine, in the afternoon. We’ve also noticed a pair of blue tits checking out the bird box in the front garden over the last few days. Fingers crossed that they move in.
