A patch of blue

It rained heavily overnight and was still raining when I woke up. I went down to the market to buy more squash to make soup and on the way back called into church to do some printing. The clouds were beginning to part, but the rain has continued most of the day. The river is in spate. I made four pints of soup but the afternoon I kept clear to watch the France versus Ireland rugby. At halftime, it is a tense and exciting match.
