parkrun

Headed to the east coast this morning after a dog walk to do the Lochend Woods parkrun in Dunbar.

Nice mix of trail and path and as usual a great bunch of volunteers and runners/walkers. Very friendly bunch.

Coincidentally I finished in 9th position and this was my 9th tourist venue this year.

L away to Nando’s with friends today so no doubt we’ll be local as will be on taxi duties.

Likely get the house sorted and the dog walked again.
