French hilltop town

We left Beziers at 10am this morning and by noon we were almost at Clermont Ferrand. Just before reaching it to the east I saw this little hilltop town with its tower, which still looks very strong, and would have offered good protection to the inhabitants in medieval times.

I'm getting more practised at taking photographs from cars moving at high speed!
