Day 2….

Of the grand clear out. We loaded my car & set off for the Salvation Army store, they took all the books & old kitchen equipment but no videos so the next stop was the tip (after a Costa & Greggs sausage roll - I could feel it clogging my arteries as I ate it).
We managed to roll a very large rug that had been left in the loft by the previous owners & get it down two flights of stairs into the skip.
There was just cleaning & tidying for J to finish after I’d left & she sent me this photo when she was done.
I was shattered when I got home.
