Twilight

Left work at ten after the overnighter and headed to the pool for the last swim of the week. Only one lane on and far too busy with it - maybe give that slot on the weekly timetable a swerve in the future!

Home via a cafe stop and out for a matinee at the local multiplex for 'Mickey 17'. Summat of a mixed bag - some good bits, a fair few few not so good bits, and way too long.

Pub afterwards which was great and now my takeaway awaits. A trip to Hull tomorrow to see my folks, the LNER email proclaiming it 'The Big Day' may have overegged the pudding a little I feel.
