A Heavy Tome

To commemorate World Book Day I have Blipped 'The Chronicle of Britain and Ireland' - a seriously heavy volume chronicling the history of Britain and Ireland from 6500BC to 1992 (but more detailed from the Romans to Modern Day). Is is heavy - 7Kg - and contains 1,300 pages - which makes it a challenging book to read whilst sat in a comfortable chair.......
It is laid out as if the events had just occured and been written by a reporter on the spot.  I have shown it open at the year of my birth - 1942 - and made this my extra.
