I got rather warm on the Health Walk, I should have worn a thinner coat! As you can see the sun shone and there was one tree displaying its blossom.
Cafe was very busy and Then they gave me cake and a present for my upcoming birthday. I was really tired when I got in but went for a short run after a while (though it was a real struggle - with the cake I'd eaten too much) and there was a thrush singing enthusiatically, tufted ducks, goosanders and others on the pond and a heron on the island.
