Eyes Peeled
For waves, and for ravens.
It was choppy and breezy in the water.
Back at the car I had a chat with someone from the John Muir Trust. He had his binoculars trained on Gowbarrow Crag, and, appropriately, Raven Crag. If he can see that the ravens (or peregrines) are nesting, the relevant climbing routes will be closed until mid May or so.
He had a wonderful day to check out the crags in the valley - it hit 13 degrees this afternoon in the warm sunshine.
