I'm getting a bit obsessed with the humidity in my living room now the dehumidifier is running and I have a gauge that tells me the humidity. 
I am still getting the effects stinging sinus and headache. As I'm top floor and I always have window  open in the summer my walls collect the dirt. Today I washed down the walls, light shade, dusted and hoovered. I have no idea what is going on and what to do. Clutching at straws. I hate sitting here now . 

This afternoon I went I town to a specific shop for a specific thing and they didn't have it. Walked home in the sun.
