The SBB (Swiss Railways) have just presented their annual results today. It is interesting to note that more passengers were transported in 2024 than ever before. Every day, 1.39 million passengers travelled by train, bus or boat. Given the country's population of 9 million people, this would mean that on average one in six people travelled by train, bus or boat every day.
