On The Sunny Side Of The Street

Mrs C’s car gleaming in the afternoon sunshine. The warm weather that has been enjoyed by the south of the country this week, has finally made its way to the frozen wastelands of the North!
We’ve even been able to get out in the garden today. After clearing away all the dead bits left over from last year and a few weeds, it was gratifying to see evidence of new growth. Even a few daffodils have put in an appearance.
It’s been very nice not having to put on multiple layers to go outside today. Not going to put the big coat away just yet though - after a warm weekend the forecast is for the colder weather to return by the middle of next week…
