Got Ahead of itself

A few years ago, British company Go Ahead one a few contracts in Southern Germany to run a few services. One of these was our local service from Munich to Lake Constance.

From the start there were problems with the services - lack of staff, late & cancelled trains etc. It got quite serious. In early 2024, Go Ahead sold out to Austrian State Railways and the operation was rebranded as Arverio. Since then, one doesn't hear anything negative about the services!
