Soffritto

Well, part of it. Equal amounts of grated celery and carrot, to be joined in a big pot by onions and garlic but in the meantime in the freezer. It was either that or a picture of another loaf, although it was a very fine loaf. 

Other than that, Phil came round so old men shouted at clouds for a few hours. Then I made a canvas bag for the rack on the front of my bike for the shopping. Not sure about it but I can ride around with it for a few days and see how it goes.
