Shining in the sun

A friend game me an Amaryllis bulb in a pot for my birthday and it is flowering beautifully at the moment and enjoying a spot of sunshine this afternoon. 
I have returned to the gym after a jolly long break and although a bit hesitant I enjoyed my first Pilates class this afternoon - like riding a bike I was relieved to find it all came back to me. Not sure what tomorrow will feel like I rather threw myself into it!
