Tough day

It's been a tough day today. Been out of it with the pain across my head for most of the day and my skin burning in agony as the carers tried to wash and change me. Really struggled a stark reminder of how this illness can flare up and render me into a wreck.

Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
