Oh Bert!! 

Today was Toby's birthday. Unfortunately he had to go to school but we went out for dinner and he celebrated with his friends on Saturday. No photos from today of the birthday boy as he's a teenager and hates having his pic taken! . We will have to have pancakes a day late as we were too full when we got home although the plan was to make them for pudding when we got in. 

Otherwise was a lovely sunny morning out with the dogs. Then I had to drive all the way to Mansfield just for a blood test this afternoon. It seems crazy I can't just have it done locally and then the results are sent to my consultant. Two hours round trip on a beautiful sunny afternoon when I could have been out riding wasted. Grrr!
