Pancake day

Leo wanted to make pancakes so we whipped up some batter and got cooking. He fancied some nice thick buttermilk versions and he really enjoyed them.

This was far less messy than the crepe style we used to make when he was little. He used to flip them all about the kitchen and they would go everywhere.
