Clara Street Newtown

My main depicts two residential buildings in nearby Clara Street. Under the local council's project Street Art in Public Places, these decorations are part of the Perfect Match subtheme, which pairs artists with residents to create site-specific street art. 

The painting on the house in the foreground continues around the side of the building, where the artsts' names, Kim Siew + Nico, appear. 

The wall of the house in the background shows part of The Drummer, by Captain Earwax (2014). 

My extra shows a strongly coloured rainbow lorikeet munching on some strongly coloured eucalypt blooms.
