… for Maria, our lovely Pilates instructor who has a special birthday tomorrow. She’s the young lady in my thumbnail. I’ll send the photo to her and our WhatsApp group in the morning.

We played Wii bowling with the ladies this afternoon and had pancakes instead of biscuits with our tea or coffee.

Matthew phoned chasing me up as to whether I’d checked to see if I was entitled to claim back years of NI payments thus enhancing my pension. Apparently the deadline, already extended, is fast approaching. More User name and passwords needed before I could even begin the search! Nice that he reminded me though and a chance for another good chat.

D has been at his History Club meeting so pancakes were delayed until supper time. And we didn’t have a lemon! Syrup and bananas were a great filling…
