Trowelday

The photo is today's but the subject relates to yesterday.  It was the annual assembly of Worcestershire 'garden openers' for the National Garden Scheme and various awards were handed out as part of the proceedings.

After ten years you get an engraved trowel!  It was a bit of a surprise because it's awarded on the 10th year of the garden opening, so it's actually nine years since we first opened.

E is banned from using it in the garden.  There's already an archaeological layer of lost trowel out there.
