Ice Cubes

A very early start to our day.  A  British Heart Foundation big van came to collect a very large yellow armchair which will make room for a smaller one in our small sitting room.  As directed by the wonderweb I put ice cubes in the dents left by the large wooden feet of the big chair.  Says I should leave them there for at least 4 hours, or even better overnight, the flattened fibres will soak up the water and then stand upright again with a little drying and agitation.  Hope it works??

A good start to another sunny day but it went downhill after that.  Both Mr HB and I are still suffering from the effects of the horrid virus one way and another.  I got an appointment with a very nice Doctor who prescribed more steroids and some stronger Abs, but was concerned about my breathing and wanted me to have an ECG.  Once done, she read it and was even more concerned as it was abnormal and wants me to go to A&E to have it checked out – I’m going tomorrow, not risking a night, or more, on a trolley.  I’ll keep you informed.

Don’t feel like tossing any pancakes tonight!
