Wonky Walk

Post my acupuncture I decided to do a little walk at a place close by. Unfortunately I stumbled and fell …. A kind woman came by and offered to get sone help to get me up I was able to crawl to a stump and get up. Pretty bruised so I came home and sat in the walk in tub and then put lots of heat on. I’ll see how it goes and get X-rays if needed. Right now I’m pretty sure I’m just badly bruised .

It’s the darn falls that get us I know all too well. Planning to still go to the protest on march 4th just to add my voice then come home to soak and reassess!!
