First butterfly of 2025

And so it begins!! The glorious blue skies continue today, and we headed to RHS Hyde Hall for the first time in a year and many other people had the same idea, taking advantage of the nice weather!

We also got a surprise as we bumped into old friends who we'd not seen for years in the queue in the cafe, so then spent an hour or so sitting with them catching up over tea and cake!

And then enjoyed a little wander round the gardens where I spotted 2 Red Admirals enjoying the blooms so that was a lovely sight! Let the butterfly sighting season begin!!
