Because of the ongoing nausea and the return of the exertion causing instant long-lasting weakness symptom, I went to my online chart to make an appointment with my primary care physician, Dr. Li.  For an in office visit, her first opening is in August. The earliest video visit appointment was March 28, so I will speak with her in three weeks, unless things get worse.

After the cleaner left, I decided to try to make the asparagus and mushroom quiche I'd planned despite the weakness.  It was a tough job, as I had to stop and take a long sit-down repeatedly throughout the process, but I finally got it in the toaster oven.  This is the first time I've tried to do a quiche in the toaster oven, so I had to do some guessing about temperature and timing.  I'll let you know tomorrow how it turned out.

Today is my mother's birthday.  It's twelve years since she passed on, but I still miss her and find myself wanting to talk to her about my life.  I hope she is at rest.
