More sunrise

Afraid this is getting a bit repetitive but I can’t resist a sunrise or sunset, and to be honest first thing is the only time I seem to get to take a blip!

Gone back to my old ways of getting very wound up at work today, ended up spending my lunchtime doing a job that another department should do, but the training hadn’t been done in time.

Tonight m’s shift are going to have to cover it all by themselves so tomorrow could be interesting!

Anyway, now trying to unwind and remind myself it’s not worth it.

Three positives
1) the enforced early morning walks mean I do get to see these skies
2) another easy tea from the batch cooking supply
3) found time to do a bit more crochet
