Beach Boy (and Girl)

We made it down to Bamburgh Beach today. We took our new bivuac - as featured in a previous entry - a picnic and a load of reading matter. So a leisurely four hours was spent on the beach scoffing, reading and watching a woman a couple of hundred yards away in a similar bivuac who looked just like Petunia off those old Public Information Films.
When we packed up to come home, we were pretty much the only people left on the beach.
