Up to a consultant in Mallow for an X-ray and chat about my dodgy knee. Its not dodgy enough to need any surgery thankfully, physio and lose a bit of weight is the prognosis.  
Stopped off in Cork on the way back for a sandwich and a wander. I liked the way her hair matched her coat.
