Cyclone Alfred is brewing …

And has been for a while now. Expected to make landfall on Thursday! The swells were strong and the beach pretty non existent. Hopefully everybody will be sensible and not do anything stupid in the sea.

Lots of warnings about preparing for this storm, making the dwellings safe, have essentials ready. Hope it isn’t going to do too much damage.

The storm has changed directions a few times and flips between a Cat 1 and Cat 2 cyclone, but most current projections see it hitting the Sunshine Coast down to Caloundra, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Never seen our beach looking so brown before.
