Mono Monday

these few corellas are nice but their 1,000,000 friends and relatives are taking over the city. They are leaving a mess everywhere from the trees and squawk and carry on all night. They are so noisy we have to shut the windows. 

I finally got some potting mix for my African Violets which were in need of repotting. Also my card for the disabled parking sticker for the car, we used it within 5 minutes of getting it…. at the hardware store. Saved me walking a long way but more importantly I can open the car door further so I can climb in and out. Picked up the groceries and did a few jobs around the place.

There is a cyclone (Alfred) lingering off the Queensland coast near the NSW border. They don’t often get them down that low. I have lots of friends and family in the watch zone so am hoping for the best for them.
