Relaxing with feet up

Now that I have my flat the way I want it, there is nothing else to do but sit on my favourite seat with my baffies on and just listen to some chill music on my radio. Nothing better. Health wise picking up once again it really goes from day to day anything from a two in mood to a four. With my new antidepressants changing very soon.i had chosen the antidepressants that I am on the now,as they had worked for me in the past but this time round I never seem to get above a four in mood. So I am going to let the psychiatrist choose the next batch for me, unless I know they are ones that just don't work for me   I really hope everyone is doing ok and I will take this time to give good wishes. X
