Locking

An early morning bus to Edinburgh and another bus to the Company Bakery in Musselburgh. Luke showed me all the new and improved systems for packing and delivering bread which have happened since my last visit. Deliveries are now going out to Glasgow so new staff are being recruited and Luke will be interviewing them this week.

When he finished work, we had a coffee and then caught the bus/ walked to his new residence in Newhaven. I took this photo on a walk out to the lighthouse.

We had dinner out at a Greek restaurant. Everyone made a big fuss of lovely Otter. The food was wonderful and reminded me of our amazing visit to Meteora in 2019.

Sad to say goodbye to them tonight as I travel south, but nice to have had some time together :-)
