Big tree

Being in a private garden in the middle of town, it’s difficult to really appreciate its size. There’s an entire ecosystem in there.

A gentle day, with a walk this afternoon, boys all out at the cinema or in the woods barbecuing, Swallows and Amazons on the tv (newer film version), fire on now, roast dinner in the oven. Pottery throw down next. Domestic bliss.
