The water of life….

MrsT and L were back through the west for day 2 of the Scottish Gymnastics competition. L wasn’t participating but was cheering on friends for her club.

Big P dropped off a bottle of whisky his wife got from a client but as they are not whisky drinkers, he found a good home for it with my home!

It’s actually a nice dram! Distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2016 so aged 19 years. Smells amazing and can’t wait to try.

This afternoon, the FiL and I were playing in the Midlothian Doubles Ten Pin Bowling league. We lost the first game, won the second and third games but lost on points overall. Result 4 points each.

I had a slow start (137) but came good with a 220 followed by a 196. That’ll be good for my average (taking in to just over 180).
