Well so far not so good when it comes to posts. But I will try again with a picture of this spontaneous present from Sam. So random but very appreciated. 

A quiet Sunday evening after a busy weekend. A visit to Manchester in Friday night to see Sarah E. So nice after such a long time but as always as if yesterday. Knowing someone for 52 years does that I guess. Then a day with Bryn - lunch in Manchester and a bus to Salford Quays to the Lowry gallery. Such beautiful paintings and interesting to learn more. And so good to see Bryn. 
Home last night and day of sunny garden clearing with Francis before going to see Dad and G. We managed to get stuff done and carers are now set up to come and help. Such hard work for some this getting old malarkey.
