Sunshine + Great Course + Super company = Fun!

After an extended break from racing, I decided that the local X-Country was too good to miss. Appropriately prepared, running to the start was a perfect warm up and then two laps around Foremark, my home turf, with big grins, local knowledge of where the grip is on the climbs is such an advantage!

A good showing, not where I’d be at my best, but today I was the best version of where I am today (if any of that makes sense!).

Keen to get back to some competition now, just need to work on that fitness….!
