Feeling better again, still deaf.

I went to the docs this morning to see if they could cure it. I've got a ear spray, a nasal spray and something to try and balance the pressure in my ears. She said it could take 6 weeks before I get it all back. Gutted.

Had a call with my young padawan. She's got to do a presentation and interview on Monday, which will be her final piece of work for her masters. So, we run through it together. I have every confidence in her that she's going to do an amazing job. But with the big news this week I think it has affected her. I'm really worried she is going to leave.

Today I am thankful for:

2.  Good conversations with my young padawan
